"I am sure it’ll be fine," Jayden replied in his mind as he walked towards the Gods and stood exactly in front of the God who was doing announcements earlier.
"Hey, got anything more to say?" he asked, looking down at the face of the stout God. He was the weakest of them all and only had one ability.
The ability to speak in a way that everyone in a certain range would be able to listen to him. Although this ability had uses of its own, in a fight, he would be mostly useless.
"I am extremely sorry, m- my lord. Please forgive me, I beg your forgiveness," the stout God spoke, a look of horror on his face.
None of the hundred Gods knew what was about to happen to them. They only came here for the wedding but were captured by the Sun God.
"I guess you are right, but it still doesn’t feel right how she scammed you into marrying her. Sigh, only if I was out there right now, I would have had a proper talk with her," Anna spoke, her voice sounding a little angry.
"Don’t worry, I’ll tame her very soon. Anyway, right now it is time to increase my strength," Jayden thought as his eyes glowed with a blood red color.
All the Gods had started to beg for their dear lives. Even though the possibility of them dying was low, they had seen what Jayden had done to Bunene, so they feared him even more than the Sun God.

While Aya and Damuda were busy having a private talk, which brought a flush to the older Goddess’s face, Jayden’s body began to float in the air.
He planned to use the Demonic Devouring Arts on a large scale and use the divine energy obtained from these Gods as nourishment for the World Tree.
The tattoo on his right arm seemed as if it had come to life. Eve moved over his skin in excitement; she too had a connection with the World Tree.
As originally, Eve was the one who had swallowed the World Tree, so along with Jayden, Eve was getting stronger too, though her connection with the World Tree wasn’t as strong.

She was hell bent on getting Jayden’s approval by any means, even if she had to sacrifice her own mother for it.
Even though Jayden hadn’t asked for such a thing, Damuda believed he would probably like a mother-daughter pair in bed.
"So what are you suggesting?" Aya questioned, her face blank of any expression.
"So the best way to make him content and happy would be... if you can help me with that thing," Damuda spoke, slowly approaching the main point of the discussion.
"Help you with what?" the innocent mother asked, not knowing what her devilish daughter had planned for her.
"You have to do that with him," Damuda said, making a gesture with her hands. Unfortunately, her mother was too innocent to understand it.
"???" With her head tilted, Aya just looked at her daughter, a confused expression on her face.
"Sigh. You have to..." Sighing, Damuda decided to just say everything straightforwardly, explaining that her mother would have to accompany her on the bed to please her husband.
