Dylan’s words made Hadi surprised. However, Hadi Massaged his brows a bit. "It seems to me that you are not aware of what is happening in the outside world. Then again, you have been out for a couple of days now, so that much is to be expected."

"What do you mean?" Dylan asked.

Hadi sighed, "you may need to brace yourself for the news I am to give you."

Dylan adjusted through his pain, sitting up right.

"What do you mean?"

"The Vandoria you know is no more. According to the news that reached my ears, On the night of prince Chiron’s Ceremony as the crowned Prince, Prince Chiron performed a coup killing the Chief Shaman of the bear mother in a massive explosion, as well as poisoning the King.

If not for the timely realization of Prince Victor who took revenge and chased him into the Forbidden fog of unbounded Demise, much of the Capital would have been lost.

At the moment, he his branded a traitor, and an enemy of the kingdom. My sources say that even his Dragon was captured and handed over to the Zodiac families."

Hadi sighed when he was done talking. "If it is Chiron that is the subject of your revenge, then I will ask that you forget about it. No one has ever entered the Forbidden fog of unbounded demise and made it out alive. He is as good as dead."

However, even though he said these words, Dylan still had a focused look on his face as she looked at him.

"These things you just told me, can you swear that they are all true?" Dylan asked with a focused expression on his face.

Hadi nodded, "I can understand you are very skeptical of me, after all, I am what your people call a beast man! but I assure you that I have no reason to lie to..."

"No! That’s not what I mean. Amongst Prince Chiron’s army, i was not the smartest, but even I can tell that its not true."

His words took Hadi by surprise. However, the look in his eyes was one only a man willing to risk his life could have.

For a moment, Hadi paused. Once upon a time, he used to have that same look in his own eyes. However, that was a long time ago, after the death of his most beloved sister.

He remembered how he was back then, tolling for hours unend without food or sleep in the dreadful dungeons. A place he had been left to rot.

Right now, he was seeing that same gaze in the eyes of the young man in front of him.

Hadi stood to his feet as he peeled his arm from Dylan’s hold.

And then when he arrived at the door, he turned back to Dylan, "heal up first, and then we shall talk again. In case you need anything, tell Maverick and he will get it for you."

After which he turned and left.

"Wait!!!" Dylan cried out. However, Maverick stepped into the room, "Lord Hadi has made his exit!"

Dylan frowned bitterly in frustration, so much so that he could not help but cry bitterly as he lay back down.

However, what he did not know was that the unyielding gaze in his eyes had excited a fire in Hadi’s heart. A fire that had excited the slumbering scientist in him.

Right now, he was heading for his lab. Just like those days many years ago, he was going to be spending a lot of hours in there.

Meanwhile, the Vandoria Kingdom had undergone a major change. Firstly, Prince Victor had become King with no opposition from any of the clans.
