As he fell to the ground, The person that had caused his death was revealed behind him.

It was a man with a hood to cover his face from view.

However, even before the baby fell to the ground, he was able to reach out in time and save the young one.

"Scum!" The person with the hood spat in annoyance.

the fox men were taken by surprise at the sudden intrusion, but they immediately reacted. All four of them rushing to attack this misetrious man.

However, they were absolutely no match for him. It was just a wave of his hands here and there and that was all it took to end their miserable lives.

Each cut to the neck had been a clean one and they all fell to the ground, dead.

And he had done it all with the baby still in his hand.

He walked over to the boy, who was currently scared shitless. And then he handed the baby over to him. He patted the boy on the head and then he walked away.

The boy turned to him as he left. It wa sonly now that he noticed that they were other children also following this mysterious man. But it was not just children. They were mothers and old people too.

It was obvious on first glance that this mysterious man did not request that they follow him. Instead, it was out of their zeal to survive, an din this world, such a thing only happened when one followed the strong.

From time to time, the man would stagger, and he looked as if he was hurt. The blood trail following his feet was evidence of that.

But somehow, he still managed to pull the strength to keep moving on.

The Boy saw this, and immediately followed the crowd, walking after the man.

Hadi was high above. he had not looked carefully before. but now that he did, there were a lot of people following this mysterious man. In fact, there were in their several hundreds.

Hadi then examined the man’s body. The man was badly injured all over. Some were claws marks and some others were from blades. "How the hell are you still alive?" He asked subconsciously.

And then, as he examined the man’s body, he noticed certain peculiar things. "Interesting! You are only a teenager?" He frowned some more when he touched the man’s chest and could not feel a core. ’Human’. He thought to himself.

Hadi was at a loss for words. he had never seen a type like this before. This was a human teenager willing to save the lives of beast men instead of using them for food. This was actually very incredible to see.

He sent a bit of his spiritual energy into the mysterious man’s body, and instantly, it was sucked in, as if a sponge was drinking water.

"S-Grade Dantain... Awakened!?" He was left speechless by this find. After all, it was akin to a pauper that had kicked a gold coin on the path to the farm.
